About
Hi, I'm Peng. This is where I write about old games and the worlds they built.
I have a soft spot for the games that shaped how I think about play — the ones I missed the first time around, the ones I bounced off as a kid, and the ones that have been quietly waiting in a backlog far longer than I'd like to admit. I like sitting with a game long enough to actually finish it, then writing down what stayed with me: the level that wouldn't leave my head, the small design choice that turned out to be the whole point, the feeling of rolling credits on something I started years ago.
These notes aren't reviews so much as field journals — part memory, part appreciation, part working out loud. New worlds are welcome too; I'll happily wander into a fresh release if it grabs me. Mostly, though, this is a place to celebrate finishing things, and to keep good company with the games worth remembering.
Thanks for reading. Pick a save slot and stay a while.
